So far my experience with this product is dismal. We ordered it through Amazon in September so we would have it in good time,our son was born last week. We started using it Thursday and the unit stopped working completely on Tuesday. We called Amazon who were not willing to help at all as the product was out of the 30 day 'policy' (which I personally think is poor customer service for a product that does not actually work!!) We called Philips Avent who said they would send us labels to replace it... we are still waiting! A very poor experience so far...
