While both of these can be frozen for storage, each has its application depending on your specific needs. The price of each of these is comparable with the other and need not be a deciding factor in your decision.
Avent's storage bags are clearly marked so that you can see exactly how much breast milk you have pumped. The downside is that when you want to use it, you need to pour from the bag into a bottle.
